If you're in crisis right now

HearMe is not an emergency service. If you or someone you're with is in immediate danger, please reach out to one of these Thailand hotlines. They are free and available 24/7.

HearMe is peer support, not therapy

HearMe hosts small, coach-led circle sessions where people share how they're feeling. Our coaches are trained peer facilitators, not licensed therapists, counsellors, or doctors (unless individually stated otherwise). Nothing on HearMe is a substitute for professional mental-health care or medical advice.

If any of the following apply to you, please seek professional help alongside (or instead of) HearMe:

  • Thoughts of harming yourself or someone else
  • Symptoms that seriously disrupt your daily life
  • A recent trauma or bereavement that feels unmanageable
  • Any medical or mental-health condition needing diagnosis or treatment

How coaches respond to crisis

If a coach senses that a participant is in danger during a session, they will:

  1. Gently pause the room and check in with the participant.
  2. Share the hotline numbers above and encourage them to reach out.
  3. Notify HearMe admins so we can follow up and, if needed, contact the emergency contact you provided during onboarding.
